Awhi partnered with The Indie Collab to enhance their store’s usability, accessibility, and conversion potential. Our goal was to create a more engaging and high-performing store that aligns with Awhi’s brand identity while improving the customer experience.
We worked with them to:
- Redesign the homepage and product pages to enhance storytelling and engagement, improved accessibility and contrast for better readability, and streamlined the menu to prioritize key product categories.
- Optimized for conversions by adding a USP section with icons, showcasing best-selling products prominently, labelling popular items as “Best Sellers” for urgency, restructuring product descriptions with accordions for better readability, and featuring customer reviews to build trust.
- We improved site speed by removing unnecessary code, optimizing scripts, and compressing images for faster loading times.
