Awhi partnered with The Indie Collab to enhance their store’s usability, accessibility, and conversion potential. Our goal was to create a more engaging and high-performing store that aligns with Awhi’s brand identity while improving the customer experience.

 

We worked with them to:

  1. Redesign the homepage and product pages to enhance storytelling and engagement, improved accessibility and contrast for better readability, and streamlined the menu to prioritize key product categories.
  2. Optimized for conversions by adding a USP section with icons, showcasing best-selling products prominently, labelling popular items as “Best Sellers” for urgency, restructuring product descriptions with accordions for better readability, and featuring customer reviews to build trust.
  3. We improved site speed by removing unnecessary code, optimizing scripts, and compressing images for faster loading times.
